Terms of Service
1. Service Engagement and Review Fee
All new technical engagements require a non-refundable $100 Technical Retainer. This fee covers the expert labor involved in performing a technical audit of your requirements and secures your placement in our workflow. Paying this fee does not guarantee a specific project outcome but ensures a professional assessment of your needs before a formal service agreement is issued.
2. Factory-Direct Hardware Procurement
LR GLOBAL GROUP LLC acts as a professional procurement partner for factory-direct computer hardware. We facilitate the order and logistics from verified manufacturers directly to your specified location. Because these items are sourced on-demand, all hardware sales are final. Technical defects or warranty claims must be handled through the respective manufacturer’s warranty policy.
3. Tech Repair and Consulting
Service quotes provided are estimates based on the initial technical review. Final costs may vary depending on the complexity of the repair or changes in project scope. LR GLOBAL GROUP LLC is not liable for data loss; it is the sole responsibility of the client to back up all data and configurations before a repair or diagnostic session begins.
4. Digital Resources and eBooks
All sales of digital products, including “Fix Your Flow” and other educational materials, are final. Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered or accessed.
5. Payments and Invoicing
Full project work begins only after a formal service agreement is signed and the corresponding invoice is paid. We reserve the right to pause all services, including hardware logistics, if invoices remain unpaid past the specified due date.
6. Limitation of Liability
LR GLOBAL GROUP LLC provides professional recommendations and technical execution based on industry standards. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of procured hardware, software recommendations, or implemented technical strategies.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LR GLOBAL GROUP LLC is officially registered.
Agreement
By submitting a service request and paying the $25 Review Fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
