By accessing this website, submitting payment, or engaging in services from LR GLOBAL GROUP LLC (hereafter referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Provider”), you (“you,” “the Client,” or “Customer”) agree to the following legally binding Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the use of our website and services, and by proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted them, regardless of whether you actually read them in full.
Introduction & Definitions
LR GLOBAL GROUP LLC is an LLC based in Akron, Ohio, offering consulting and implementation services for individuals, creators, freelancers, and brands seeking support with technical setup, systems, structure, and strategy.
“Service” or “Work” refers to any digital setup, strategy session, automation, planning, profile cleanup, asset organization, or technical solution delivered by
LR GLOBAL GROUP LLC.
“Digital delivery” means no physical product is shipped and all work is completed electronically (email, forms, cloud tools, etc.).
Eligibility
By engaging our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are acting on behalf of yourself or a legitimate business
- You are not using our services for illegal, financial, crypto, or laundering purposes
- You agree to be fully responsible for your actions and decisions
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual, for any reason, at any time, without obligation to disclose the reason.
Scope of Services
All services are:
- Custom to the client
- Delivered remotely
- Billed per project or package (not hourly unless stated)
We do not offer:
- Crypto guidance
- Payment gateway services
- Investment advice
- Guaranteed sales, visibility, or income
The client agrees to clearly communicate their expectations before work begins.
Payment Policy 💳
- Full payment is due upfront before any work begins
- No partial payments or deposits unless explicitly agreed in writing
- Payment confirms full agreement to these Terms
Accepted methods: credit/debit card (via third-party processor), or other secure methods explicitly approved by LR FREELANCE.
We do not accept: cash, cryptocurrency, peer-to-peer apps (like Cash App), or verbal confirmations.
No Refund Policy ❌
All payments are final and non-refundable.
No exceptions. No reconsideration. No partial refunds.
This includes (but is not limited to) cases where:
- You change your mind after paying
- You experience a delay in results
- You fail to use or respond during the service period
- You misunderstand what was offered
- You do not like the final outcome but previously approved progress
Why? Our services are digital, customized, and start immediately after payment. Time and expertise are invested upfront. For these reasons, refunds are never issued.

Chargebacks, Disputes, & Fraud ⚠️
By submitting payment, you waive your right to file any dispute or chargeback with your bank, card provider, or payment platform.
You agree that:
- Any attempt to reverse or challenge a payment will be considered a breach of contract and fraud
- In the event of a dispute, you will immediately forfeit access to all services, files, results, and communications
- You may be reported to the payment processor and/or placed on a public service blacklist for abuse
- You will be liable for any legal, administrative, or collection fees incurred by LR GLOBAL GROUP LLC in defense of your chargeback attempt
- You automatically lose the right to any refund, support, edits, or further engagement
Chargebacks are taken seriously and aggressively disputed with full supporting documentation, including IP logs, timestamps, agreements, signature, email records, form submissions, screenshots, and delivery files.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Respond to messages in a timely manner
- Provide requested materials (access, content, info) within 3 business days
- Read and follow any instructions or onboarding forms
- Avoid misrepresenting your identity or intentions
Failure to cooperate or communicate may result in delays or cancellation of your project without refund.
Confidentiality
We do not sell or share your private business information, login details, or client data.
You agree to not share proprietary frameworks, deliverables, or documents received from LR GLOBAL GROUP LLC with third parties, copycats, or competitors.
Intellectual Property
All custom materials created by LR GLOBAL GROUP LLC (documents, dashboards, page layouts, content, guides, etc.) remain the property of
LR GLOBAL GROUP LLC until full payment is received.
Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or duplication is strictly prohibited.
Project Timelines
Most services have a 3–5 day delivery window, depending on complexity and responsiveness.
Delays caused by the client (slow replies, missing materials, etc.) are not the responsibility of LR GLOBAL GROUP LLC.
If no response is received within 2 business days, the project may be closed without refund or further access.
Results Disclaimer
We cannot guarantee specific results from your use of our services.
You understand that your success depends on many factors, including your own decisions, consistency, communication, and industry trends.
We provide tools, setup, and strategic support not miracles.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to cancel service at any time due to:
- Abuse, threats, or harassment
- Non-payment or chargeback attempts
- Misuse of deliverables
- Violation of these terms
No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
All disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Akron, OH.
You agree to this venue and waive any claim of inconvenience.
Modifications
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services means you accept the latest version.
